About DONNA

Donna Scheuren is a longtime local leader, business owner, and State Representative who has called the 147th Legislative District home for more than 25 years. She and her husband have built their lives here where they served as volunteers and elected leaders and built a thriving business that employed many in our area. Donna has a deep, personal understanding of the communities she represents.

Before serving in the Pennsylvania House of Representatives, Donna was actively involved in education and civic life, including service on school boards, hospital boards and other community groups. Her work has always been focused on strengthening local schools, supporting families, and ensuring taxpayers have a voice in the decisions that affect their daily lives.

A business owner with more than 30 years of private-sector experience, Donna brings a practical, results-driven approach to Harrisburg. Since taking office, she has delivered tens of millions of dollars in state funding for infrastructure, schools, parks, fire and EMS companies, and municipal improvement projects while remaining accessible and responsive to constituents navigating state services.

In the legislature, Donna has been a consistent advocate for public safety, fiscal responsibility, economic growth, and government accountability. She has worked to protect open space and farmland, expand career and technical education opportunities, and support responsible budgets that invest in priorities without raising broad-based taxes.

    Secured $38 million in state funding for roads, bridges, schools, parks, fire companies, EMS services, and community improvement projects across the 147th District.

    Advocated for increased education funding without raising broad-based taxes, expanded career and technical education opportunities, and supported school safety initiatives.

  • Responsible Budgets & Taxpayer Protection

    Fought for responsible state budgets that made targeted investments, provided energy-related cost relief for families and employers, and maintained Pennsylvania’s strong fiscal position.

  • Public Safety, Open Space & Quality of Life

    A consistent supporter of first responders, open space and farmland preservation, Donna has brought back $4 million in state grants to help preserve 810 acres of open space and farmland and $2.8 million in funding for our emergency services.
